RASPBERRY WHIP X GRIDDLE’S CHOCOLATE CHIP PANCAKES

INCREDIENTS
x1 jar Raspberry Whip
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup chocolate pieces
Handful of raspberries
INGREDIENTS
225g of soft, unsalted butter
40g caster sugar
170g muscovado sugar
270g self-raising flour
1tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
2 large free-range eggs
1 pouch of Vanilla Mallow & Marsh marshmallow (or any flavour you like!)
METHOD:
- Put the pan on medium heat and add the coconut milk and half a cup of chocolate pieces
- Whisk until the chocolate has completely melted and you have a smooth, silky chocolate sauce
- Toast Griddle’s Chocolate Chip pancakes
- Pour over the warm chocolate coconut drizzle and top with a big heap of Raspberry Whip and fresh raspberries
- Tuck in!
