Raspberry Whip X Griddle’s Chocolate Chip Pancakes

RASPBERRY WHIP X GRIDDLE’S CHOCOLATE CHIP PANCAKES

Chocolate lovers, listen up! This chocolate chip pancake recipe topped with this coconut chocolate sauce & topped with our Raspberry Whip and fresh raspberries will send you to chocolate marshmallow heaven!l

INCREDIENTS

x1 jar Raspberry Whip

1 cup coconut milk

1/2 cup chocolate pieces

Handful of raspberries

INGREDIENTS

225g of soft, unsalted butter
40g caster sugar
170g muscovado sugar
270g self-raising flour
1tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
2 large free-range eggs
1 pouch of Vanilla Mallow & Marsh marshmallow (or any flavour you like!)

METHOD:

  1. Put the pan on medium heat and add the coconut milk and half a cup of chocolate pieces
  2. Whisk until the chocolate has completely melted and you have a smooth, silky chocolate sauce
  3. Toast Griddle’s Chocolate Chip pancakes
  4. Pour over the warm chocolate coconut drizzle and top with a big heap of Raspberry Whip and fresh raspberries
  5. Tuck in!
