Salted Caramel fans, these banana nut pancakes are for you! Made with fluffy wholewheat pancakes and topped with our Salted Caramel Whip, you’ll end up licking the plate clean.
Salted Caramel Whip
2 tbsps coconut oil,
Half cup maple syrup
Half cup almond butter
Pinch of salt – optional
- Add coconut oil and maple syrup to a pan on medium heat, stirring with a wooden spoon
- Add the almond butter to the mixture and a pinch of salt (if using) and stir until mixed
- Whack Griddle’s “The Original” wholegrain pancakes in the toaster
- Pour the almond drizzle over the pancakes and top with a tablespoon of Raspberry Whip and fresh Raspberries
