Spooky Salted Caramel S’mores Dip!

Looking for some Halloween recipe inspiration? This easy peasy s’mores dip recipe takes less than 20 minutes to make and is pure indulgent marshmallow-y goodness that’s perfect for a scary movie night in! We find that our Salted Caramel marshmallow is the best for toasting, but feel free to substitute with your favourite flavour if you fancy.


150 g of milk chocolate
50 g of dark chocolate
120 ml of condensed milk
45 ml of milk
x2 pouches of Mallow & Marsh Salted Caramel marshmallow (feel free to sub with another flavour!)
A pack of your favourite biscuits and some strawberries


  1. Allow the chocolate to melt over a heatproof bowl over hot water
  2. One melted, take off the heat
  3. Add the condensed milk and whisk vigorously to thicken
  4. Add the milk and stir until the mixture is runny and glossy
  5. Pour the chocolate into a oven proof dish
  6. Place the marshmallows on top close together (no gaps!)
  7. Place under the grill for 5-8 minutes until golden or use a blow torch for 5 minutes until evenly toasted
  8. Serve with biscuits and strawberries
