Delicious Coconut Mallow

I love coconut in just about anything, so to find a coconut mallow bar made me very happy. I love the texture of the mallow, nice and firm but still soft, and without the meringue texture I’ve found in other mallow bars. The chocolate covering is just a bonus. Absolutely delicious, I’ll definitely be trying other flavours in the range.

Coconut mallow

Bought coconut to boost my order for free postage but don't think I would get them again. Mallow flavour good, and texture different to vanilla due to coconut in the mallow which was fine. But the chocolate cracked and flaked off the bar in the packet and while eating so it was a bit messy. I don't think my storage and handling were at fault. Will stick to my faves vanilla and chocolate for the next order.
