Shipping & Returns
When will you dispatch my order?
We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Please note, due to the nature of our chocolatey mallows during high temperatures there may be a delay in shipping orders, to ensure that they arrive with you in the best condition possible.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48, or DHL for oversized parcels. Please allow 2-3 working days from the dispatch date.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Orders placed via our website can only be delivered to addresses within the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland).
For international delivery enquiries, please contact us.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is £3.99, or free when you spend £29.99 and over.
Oversized orders (over £150) will have a £9.95 shipping cost.
What is your returns policy?
if there is a fault or error with your order, please get in touch and we can help. You can see our returns policy here.
Orders
I have a problem with an order, how do I get in touch?
If you need to contact us regarding an order, please get in touch with us using our contact form.
Please include your order number, and for product issues the batch code & best before date.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We can't always catch an order in time to change or cancel it, but you can get in touch and we will try our best to help.
Where can I find my account?
In the top right hand corner of our website, click the figure icon to sign into your account and see you order history. You can also manage subscriptions and edit your address.
I have a subscription, how can I amend or cancel it?
Sign into your account (top right hand icon) and click 'manage subscription'. You will be taken to the recharge app to update this.
Can I find Mallow & Marsh in shops?
Yes, you can! Take a look at our stockists here.
Do you sell online to wholesale customers?
Yes we do, if you are looking to stock Mallow & Marsh, you can sign up for wholesale access here.
Products
Are your mallows vegan or vegetarian?
Unfortunately our marshmallow is not vegan or vegetarian as it contains beef gelatine.
We are working on adding vegetarian/vegan friendly options to our range, so hopefully we'll have more products in future.
Are your mallows Halal/Kosher Certified?
Unfortunately we are not Halal or Kosher certified currently. We use beef gelatine in our products.
Do your mallows contain allergens?
You can find our full list of allergens & ingredients on the back of our packaging and when you click on our products on our online shop, please consult these before purchasing to make sure these are suitable for your dietary requirements. If you have any questions or concerns please get in touch.
Are your products Fairtrade?
Yes, we use Fairtrade Belgian Chocolate on all our products.
Do your mallows contain palm oil?
Our products are palm oil free, excluding Ultimate S'mores which contain only sustainable palm oil.
