Sweet meets sour, indulgence meets elegance. The Raspberry Mallow Sour is our playful spin on a classic sour: a symphony of juicy berries, smooth vodka, and a whisper of vanilla, shaken into that signature cloud-like foam.

Finished with a scatter of freeze-dried raspberries and our dark chocolate coated raspberry mallows, it’s a cocktail that feels both fresh and decadent - the kind that makes you slow down, smile, and maybe lick a little foam off the rim.

What you'll need (for one cocktail):

  • 50ml absolut vodka
  • 25ml mixed berry purée or raspberry purée
  • 20ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 10ml vanilla syrup
  • 15ml aquafaba or egg white (for that silky foam)
  • Ice cubes
  • Freeze-dried raspberries
  • Dark Chocolate over Raspberry Mallows

How to make it:

  1. Add the vodka, berry purée, lemon juice, vanilla syrup, and aquafaba to a cocktail shaker without ice.
  2. Dry shake for about 10 seconds to build a creamy foam.
  3. Add ice and shake again, until the shaker feels icy-cold.
  4. Strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass. Watch that beautiful blush-pink foam settle on top.
  5. Sprinkle crushed freeze-dried raspberries & finish with a flourish: rest your cocktail stick with mallows on top.
