What you'll need (for one cocktail):

  • 25ml gin (something botanical and balanced)
  • 25ml Campari
  • 25ml sweet vermouth
  • Ice cubes
  • Orange peel or twist, to garnish

How to make it:

  1. Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the gin, Campari, and vermouth.
  2. Stir gently for about 20 seconds, until perfectly chilled and just slightly diluted.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice,  or over one large cube for extra drama.
  4. Express an orange twist over the glass, releasing the oils before dropping it in.
