Sparkling wine meets a swirl of raspberry liqueur, a splash of vanilla and finished with a dark chocolate coated raspberry mallow poised elegantly on the rim. It’s romantic, elegant, and perfect for special occasions.

What you'll need (for one cocktail):
- 100ml chilled dry Prosecco or Champagne
- 15ml raspberry liqueur
- 5ml vanilla syrup
- Fresh raspberries
- Dark Chocolate over Raspberry Mallows
How to make it:
- Chill your glass - a coupe or flute works best.
- Drop a fresh raspberry into the bottom of the glass. It’ll rise and fall in the fizz - a little theatrical, a lot charming.
- Add the raspberry liqueur for a soft berry hue.
- Pour in the vanilla syrup. Just a touch, to add a creamy, dessert-like depth.
- Top slowly with chilled Prosecco. Let the bubbles swirl the syrup and liqueur into a soft blush.
- For the finishing touch, cut a raspberry mallow in half, then make a small slit along the cut edge so it can sit neatly on the rim of the glass.
